This toolkit was created to assist prenatal care providers to improve pertussis vaccination rates in their practices. Implementation of this toolkit may also help meet requirements for specialty board maintenance of certification (MOC).
The San Francisco Department of Public Health hosted a free Quality Improvement training webinar to introduce the Prenatal Tdap Vaccination Toolkit: a guide for prenatal care providers and staff to improve Tdap (tetanus, diphtheria, and acellular pertussis) vaccination rates during pregnancy.
We recommend that you download a PDF version of the Prenatal Tdap Vaccination Toolkit prior to viewing the webinar.
Are you using this toolkit in your prenatal care practice? If so, we would love to hear how things are going! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line 'tdap toolkit'. We are especially interested in practices who are willing to share their pre and post-intervention vaccination rates with us.
